In order to be considered for enrollment:
The application must be completed online (see link below)
Payment of a $75 non-refundable application fee (new families)
Students entering TK, Kindergarten and 1st grade will be expected to make an ESGI academic assessment
Students entering 2nd-3rd grade will have a shadow day and will be STAR tested
Interview with principal and prospective teacher

The following documents must be submitted with the application:
Birth Certificate
Roman Catholic Church Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of most recent report card
IEP/504(b) Plan (If applicable). The following documents must be submitted when completing enrollment
Wallet Size Picture
Immunization Records
Emergency Card
Custody/Court Documents
