SMG School 2026-2027 After School Programs

We’re excited to work with St. Maria Goretti students starting this fall.

Here are the details:

• September 14 – November 16

• 10-week session | $200 per student | TK–8

The program will be a mix of tennis and pickleball, giving students the chance to learn and play both. We bring everything needed, including racquets, paddles, balls, nets, and all other equipment.

Welcome Juan Estanga!

I am a passionate music teacher with over 27 years of experience teaching students of all ages. I have taught in schools, directed children's choirs and music programs, and worked with students of all abilities. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Studies, teaching credentials from Argentina, and a certificate in Pastoral Liturgy from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to being an educator, I am a professional drummer and musician who has performed and recorded with artists from all around the world. 

At St. Maria Goretti, I will be teaching two different classes: 

1. Ensemble Launchpad / Beginner Multi-Level Program (Grades 1-4) 

2. The Groove Academy Band / Intermediate Rock Band & Ensemble (Grades 5–8).  

I am ready to share my musical journey with you, help you master your favorite instruments, and have a blast jammin' in the classroom!

Ballet is a foundational art, it develops skills useful in a variety of disciplines like gymnastics, hip-hop, jazz, cheer, and even a sport like football. Students gain confidence, flexibility, and strength. All ability levels are welcome!

Also, fun fact about Ballet: Tom Holland trained in Ballet and now he's Spider-Man! His training helped him gain skills necessary for his roles, demonstrating that ballet provides foundational skills for success in any career.
